My mom notes that the housing market troubles that we’ve encountered seems to be similar just about everywhere, and she can therefore continue her battle to try and change the way real estate is handled from Northern California.
At the same time, Pat is unsure. She wonders if she should stay on the FSBO market, even when it may mean a long battle yet to come.
Some think my parents should sign with a seller’s realtor to sell their current home here in Los
Angeles, CA, and continue their battle (for some type of change in favor for FSBOs) once they’ve settled in Northern California.
Others are suggesting that Pat and Izzy should stay on the FSBO’s market and battle it out in the house that started it all.
What good will it do for my parents to stay here in Los Angeles when they could just as well continue the battle from up north?
In the end, Pat and Izzy will consider everything said and decide what they want to do with their house. Either way, Pat will continue to find ways to try and change the way real estate is bought and sold in California and (hopefully) across the United States.
Once the house is back on the market (whether that be on the FSBO market or on the traditional MLS), I will begin posting to this blog to keep on documenting the experiences Pat and Izzy have as they continue to try and sell their house.
I hope that you will revisit often and check out this blog once I start posting more to it.
